If you already fulfil mailings in-house
So assuming you fulfil all aspects of direct mail including, polywrapping, envelope enclosing and inkjetting then you likely have all things covered.
That said we may still be able to help out:
- If you have any downtime with any of your mailing or printing equipment.
- If you do not have enough available staff (or space) to fulfil higher volume jobs within the required timeframe.
- You may not be ‘single sourcing’, therefore we could possibly reduce your VAT liability. If your Association is not VAT registered, just let us know and we can advise the scope of any possible VAT reduction.

Typical Solutions
Whilst you are likely to have your own particular mailing requirements, some of the projects we have undertaken for other Associations include:
- Rent Consultation Surveys - Annual letter mailings to customers outlining options and their associated costs and benefits.
- Rent Increase - Annual formal notice of rent increase mailing.
- Newsletters - depending on format these can be envelope enclosed but are more typically polywrapped and enclosed along with a laser printed letter/carrier sheet.
- Personalised Questionnaires/Surveys – A4 booklet in size and enclosed within either C4 envelopes or folded and enclosed into C5 envelopes. These would be personalised with the recipient's name and address as well as barcoding to enable easy capture of respondents to enable follow up mailings. These would be enclosed into window envelopes including any required cover letters or leaflets.
- Anonymous Questionnaires/Surveys – As per the Personalised Questionnaire/Survey solution, except the recipient’s name and address would not be printed on to the survey. This solution would require over-printed envelopes with the name and address and these would be cross-matched with the actual survey using the survey coding.
- Invoices and Statements – We undertake monthly invoice mailings for the notification of factoring fees. These are envelope-enclosed via a monthly data feed and we use OMR technology to ensure the integrity is of the highest level of accuracy. The frequency of data feeds can change to daily or weekly if required.
- AGM Notices – the envelope enclosed C5 letters provide either information on the AGM or may include unique identifiers to enable online voting.
- Annual Reports - typically either envelope or polywrapped depending on the Annual Report's format and enclosed with a laser printed letter/carrier sheet.
- Postal Ballots – if your Association is required to undertake postal ballots, then we can laser personalise and envelope enclose the necessary voting forms and BRE’s.
