At election time, we can fulfil and manage your Election/Candidate mail in line with the current Royal Mail requirements.
Whilst some political mailings may be outsourced to your nominated print supplier, it is important to check if they are setup to ensure you are receiving the maximum postage discounts available. We often find that this is not the case which can lead to excess payments totalling hundreds of pounds (if not thousands) in the postage costs alone.
Your dedicated Account Management will use their years of experience to ensure your campaign is a success whilst keeping costs low.
We can provide a single point of contact for all aspects of your campaign, including data supply, design, print, mailing and response handling. We can also help with the provision of e-mail campaigns if required.

Personalised election mail (including Candidate Mail) – This would involve the production/fulfilment of election material for delivery to named households and would be delivered by Royal Mail. This solution provides greater impact on delivery as it is clearly distinguishable from other mail such as takeaway menus. This demonstrates that you have spent more time and money and therefore the communication is viewed as higher priority. Where the use of Candidate Mail is not applicable, as an alternative to paying and having Royal Mail deliver these, we can separate and return for local volunteers to deliver.
Door to door leaflet drops – we can either supply leaflets or take delivery of your own leaflets and manage delivery into Royal Mail following their criteria on packaging and delivery. Delivery can be segmented to include just constituent addresses within your boundary, although where boundaries cross over 2 postcode areas, these addresses may need to be excluded from door to door delivery and delivered via personalised postage paid mail.
Door to door leaflet drops with prior fulfilment – As above except that you may require some form of fulfilment before handing over to Royal Mail for example envelope overprinting, enclosing a number of leaflets into envelopes or polywrapping your communication material. This can be a very cost effective way of delivering multiple leaflets whilst only incurring 1 door to door delivery charge.
Data capture – we have undertaken data capture exercises including capture of basic survey forms as well as raffle ticket stubs with the aim of increasing the number of contacts for future voter or membership recruitment campaigns.
Party Membership Mailings – depending on format, these can be envelope enclosed but are more typically polywrapped and enclosed along with a laser printed letter/carrier sheet.
Constituent Newsletters/Campaigns – Again depending on the format of the mail piece these can be polywrapped or envelope enclosed. Using direct mail in this way is ideal in letting your constituents hear about your work.
