My mailing list is stored on company's database, How do i get it to you?
The data will need to be extracted from the source system. How this is achieved very much depends on the system/database. Your first point of contact should be your IT department, but if you need our advice on how to extract the required data, just give us a call and our IT data specialists will be able to advise on best way forward.
We can handle data in virtually any format, but the most common types are usually CSV and Excel spreadsheets.
In terms of getting your data to us, this can be achieved by emailing us, or if you prefer we can set-up a dedicated and secure FTP directory on our servers.
Prior to emailing we always recommend you password protect and even encrypt data files.
